What an online seller gets from the desk

A reference from the range

Adjustable and boil-and-bite anti-snoring mouthpieces, night guards, sports guards, whitening kits and pens, mouth tape. Each is published with its material, form and what ships in the box.

Your box, your case, your card

A colour box in your artwork, a vented case in your colour, an insert card with your fitting instructions and your brand's contact details, and a polybag or blister where the listing needs one.

Barcodes and warehouse labels applied

Your product barcode printed on the box or applied as a label, your warehouse or carton labels applied before shipment, and cartons packed to the count and size your fulfilment warehouse asks for.

Documents for your order and listing

The invoice, product and packaging images and instruction text, matched to the exact request for your quoted reference. For gels and pens, ask whether ingredient or batch documentation is available for the quoted formulation, and raise any testing questions for the same reference.

Marketplace document requests, item by item

Start from the exact request shown for your listing, since requests vary by platform, product, market and seller account. Send the document names and wording to the desk, without account credentials or unrelated private information, and each item is matched to the exact reference.

How a private-label order runs

  1. You send the reference, the quantity, the market and the destination, with your artwork and barcode files.
  2. The desk quotes the product, the packaging print, the case colour and the labels, and names the minimum for the route.
  3. A printed proof and a physical sample are approved before production.
  4. Production runs, the goods are packed to your carton spec, and labels are applied.
  5. The shipment leaves with the invoice, packing list and the documents named on your quotation, by the parcel or freight service you chose.

Watch the private-label brief walkthrough for a short overview of the information to prepare before you enquire.

Indicative price ranges are shown per reference on the product pages; the exact price and the minimum are quoted per enquiry. A sample is quoted all-in, and the sample fee may be credited against a later production order on terms set on the quotation.

Claims on your packaging. Bring any marketplace or regulatory wording request to the proof stage so it can be reviewed before printing. The desk does not print treatment or approval claims on any product. What a listing may say about an anti-snoring mouthpiece, a night guard or a whitening gel in your market is set out in the compliance by market guide.
