Marketplace listing readiness for oral-care products

Bring the exact document request from your seller account. The desk matches it to the oral-care reference, intended use and sales market, and agrees what it can supply and which responsibilities remain with your business, before you order.

Use the request for your exact listing. Include the marketplace, country, product reference, intended claims and the request wording. Remove account credentials, customer details and unrelated private information before sharing it.
Agree the document plan before ordering goods. For each requested item, agree the exact product and version, document holder, responsible business, availability and any quoted cost.

Document requests by product

Your product or requestQuestions for the exact request
Anti-snoring mouthpieces and night guardsWhich classification and intended-use wording apply to your exact product? Does the request name a clearance, exemption explanation, database entry, instructions or packaging images? Ask your adviser which documents apply; do not transfer another model's status to a catalogue reference.
Whitening kits, gels and pensWhich formulation and batch does the request concern? Does it ask for ingredients, safety data, a certificate of analysis, laboratory reports, registration information or an invoice with a particular date or issuer? Each requested item is agreed for the quoted product.
Mouth tape, lights and other consumer itemsWhich rules apply to this item and its intended claims in the named country? Does the request ask for safety information, labels, a responsible business or local representative details?
Sports mouthguardsDoes your intended use require a protective-equipment review? Which exact tests, declaration or third-party documents does your adviser identify, and which of those does the seller-account request ask you to submit?
Any document uploadWhich product identifier, model, business name, language, issue date and file format must match? Who holds the document, who submits it, and what deadline appears in your account?

The invoice

The commercial invoice names the seller of record shown on your proforma. If the account request specifies an issuer, date range or product identifier, share that wording before the invoice is raised. Flag any difference between your listing name and the invoiced product; do not assume a commercial invoice meets a request for a manufacturer invoice.

Images and instructions

List the packaging views, labels and instruction version requested for your exact reference. The desk tells you which files exist and which views need preparing. Have your adviser review intended-use and product claims before you approve the artwork. Use the fitting guide and market guide as planning inputs; neither is a platform acceptance list.

Ingredient lists and reports

For gels and pens, request the ingredient declaration and batch documentation for the quoted formulation. If new testing is needed, agree the test scope and laboratory before booking. See samples and testing.

Regulatory documents and upload responsibilities

The desk does not supply a market clearance with an order. Before ordering, agree which business holds each required document, which documents apply to your exact product, and which responsibilities remain with you. Keep regulatory responsibilities and the seller-account upload request as separate tasks. A registration or a device listing identifies the business and the devices it reports; neither is an approval or clearance. See the FDA explanation of device registration and listing.

In the enquiry builder, open the optional details and paste the exact request into Documents you need. Add the reference, marketplace and sales country. Use Anything else for longer wording or a deadline. Remove private account and customer information first.

Notes

Platform rules. Marketplace requirements vary by platform, product and market. Use the current request and policy in your seller account. The questions in this guide are not a platform's requirements or confirmation that a product will be accepted. This guide is not legal advice; confirm the exact product and market with your adviser.

Documents. A request for a document does not establish that it is available or accepted. For any requested test report, confirm availability for that exact product, its scope and holder, permission to share or rely on it, and any cost before relying on it. A quoted formulation does not establish which documents are sufficient for your market.
