Boil-and-bite oral appliances, and the kits that sell beside them. Origin on the goods is China: the moulded parts are made in Qishi Town, Dongguan, and the range is packed and shipped from Shenzhen; samples and small parcels are dispatched from Guangzhou.

(the FDA's rendering of Dongguan Yiyao Technology Development Co., Ltd.) as the applicant and records a clearance decision dated 3 October 2025 for an Anti Snore Mouthpiece, models TD-02 and TD-03, product code LRK. The FDA indications-for-use form specifies over-the-counter use for these two models. The same company holds an active FDA establishment registration, number 3038209294, whose device listing carries that mouthpiece, a preformed tooth positioner and a second anti-snoring device.
