Oral-care supply for importers and distributors

One desk for six oral-care families, packed to your carton spec, with mixed loads across the families, carton data per reference and freight quoted for your load: built for importers supplying pharmacies, sports retailers and online stores.

What an importer gets. A range across six families from one desk, packed to your carton spec, with the documents for your exact products named on the quotation and the freight quoted for your load.
What an importer holds. The importer or responsible-person role in its own market, and the regulatory file for each product it places on that market.

Building a range

Start with an assortment for your sales channel, then add families after your first order: an anti-snoring mouthpiece with a night guard for pharmacies and sleep retailers, a sports guard with a case for sports retail, or a whitening kit with pens for beauty and online stores. Mouth tape sells beside the sleep products.

Every reference is published with its material, its form, what ships in the box and its options. The finder table on the Product Finder compares them in one place.

Packing and carton data

Your quotation states the unit box size, pieces per carton, carton size and gross weight for each reference, so freight can be compared on the exact references you order. Mixed cartons across references can be packed, each carton labelled to your list, and the packaging guide explains the formats.

Documents per market

A commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents travel with every order. Material declarations, gel certificates of analysis and test reports are requested against the exact quoted reference or formulation, and those agreed for the order are named on the quotation. Which business holds each regulatory document in your market is agreed before ordering. The documents page lists both kinds, and the compliance by market guide sets out the roles per market.

Trade terms and who invoices you

Your proforma names the company you are contracting with: Shenzhen Xinmeida E-commerce Co., Ltd., or RyanFulfil (Singapore) where a Singapore seller fits your import paperwork better. That company holds the contract and issues the invoice. Its banking line appears on the proforma once and is never revised by email afterwards, so treat an emailed account change as a reason to stop and call the desk on WhatsApp before paying.

Quotation and settlement run in USD, EUR, GBP or SGD, and another currency can be arranged on request. The cost of goods is paid in full when the order is placed, and any other charges on the quotation before the goods ship. Freight terms, insurance and who clears customs are stated on your quotation. Air and sea freight are quoted for your load and destination; parcel services for samples and small consignments are on the shipping page.

Inspection and samples

A sample is approved before production runs. A pre-shipment inspection by an agency you appoint is offered as a routine control for first orders, and the desk arranges a video call across the moulding hall and the packing line on request. The samples and testing page lists what buyers compare on a sample and the tests they commission.

Notes

For material declarations, gel certificates of analysis or test reports, confirm availability, scope, holder, permission to share or rely on it, whether new testing is needed and any cost before relying on it. Before ordering, agree which business holds each required document and which responsibilities remain with you.

Prepare an import enquiry

WhatsApp opens with the page name already in the message, so the desk can see what you were reading.
