Own-brand mouthguards, night guards and whitening kits
Your brand on the packaging of anti-snoring mouthpieces, night guards, sports mouthguards, whitening kits and mouth tape: the colour box, and the case and insert card where the reference ships with them. Change the tray colour and the kit contents, or have a new tray, frame or case moulded from your drawing. A printed proof and a sample are approved before production, and your quotation states the minimum, the sample cost and any artwork or tooling cost for the route you choose.
What carries your brand
The moulded article stays the same; the box carries your brand, and so do the case and the insert card where the reference ships with them. A screw-adjustable mouthpiece such as XMD-SNR-002 ships with its case, fitting tool and colour box; the box, the case and the insert card can all carry your brand.
- Colour box in your artwork
- Vented case in your colour
- Insert card with your instructions
- Polybag or blister
- Barcodes & warehouse labels
Four ways to order, from the current design to a new mould
ODM here means working inside shapes the company already moulds. OEM means a part produced to a drawing or a physical sample you supply.
Current design, standard packaging
The guard, kit or tape ships as it is designed, in a plain polybag or the standard colour box, carrying no brand at all. This route has the lowest minimum.
You send the reference, your quantity and the destination country.
Your brand on the box, case and insert card
The private-label step. The same moulded article travels inside a colour box, a vented case and an insert card carrying your brand, your artwork and your barcode, while the tray and the frame themselves stay unbranded.
You send your artwork file, your barcode numbers and the retail format you want.
Your colours or kit contents
The moulded part is untouched, and the tray colour, the case colour or the contents of the kit move to suit the listing you are building. A whitening kit is put together from the LED tray, the cable set and the pens or gel you specify.
You send a colour reference, the kit contents you want and your quantity.
A new or modified moulded part, tooling quoted
Xinmeida Oral Care quotes a new tray, frame or case from your drawing or a physical sample, with a mould opened for it. The production company, Dongguan Yiyao Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Qishi Town, Dongguan, opens its own moulds and moulds plastic parts to order beyond the oral-care range; oral appliances are its main line. A changed outer shape, a different tray thickness within the moulded range, or a logo laser-marked into the part is quoted here as an option named on the quotation.
You send the drawing or a physical sample, the quantity you have in mind, and the market the part is destined for.
Working inside a moulded range
Compare the existing shapes, then specify the colours, components and packaging you need.
The mouthpieces and trays are injection-moulded in Qishi Town, Dongguan, with overmoulding used on selected models, then packed by hand with their case and box in Shenzhen. Each reference lists its material and construction on its family page.
Adjustable anti-snoring mouthpieces come with a screw-adjusted frame or a graduated frame, and either frame takes the tray colour you choose.
Whitening kits are built from the LED tray, cable set and pens or gel specified for the exact reference; ask for the gel formulation available for that model and your market.
Where the shape itself has to be new, send a drawing or a physical sample to work from and the quotation names the tooling. Two of the adjustable mouthpiece shapes in the range, XMD-SNR-004 and XMD-SNR-006, hold registered designs, and the documents page shows what that covers.
Either way, a sample is approved before production runs.
The card, the claims and the file
An intraoral product carries wording as well as plastic, and the wording needs settling as early as the shape does. Three things hold at every step, and none of them moves with the size of the order.
What you send has to be yours. Logos, images, characters and names must be owned by you or used with written permission. Your brand and your artwork remain yours; Xinmeida Oral Care uses them to quote, to proof and to produce your order, and for nothing else. Artwork that looks as though it belongs to someone else draws a question from the desk before anything is printed.
The tooling does not move. Moulds belonging to the company stay with the company, and putting your label on a product from the current range does not hand you the design underneath it. A mould made and paid for by you is yours, on terms set on the quotation.
The words on the box are yours too. Anti-snoring mouthpieces and night guards are regulated as medical devices in the main export markets, and whitening gels as cosmetics, so the intended claims and each business's responsibilities are agreed before printing. Bring any marketplace or regulatory wording request to the proof stage; the final market-specific claims stay yours, and the desk does not hold your regulatory file. The compliance by market guide sets out what that file contains, and the insert card behind it — the trim step, the fitting sequence, the cleaning routine, the warnings — is covered in the fitting guide.
Your quotation states
- The minimum for whichever of the four steps you stop at.
- The sample cost, and any credit of that cost against a later production order, agreed on the quotation and shown again on the proforma.
- The retail format, the artwork cost and any tooling cost.
- Production time, the freight for your load and the shipping mode. Parcel services and their working days per destination are on the shipping and delivery page.
- Colours, kit contents and any gel chemistry that the family pages do not already carry.
Order steps from enquiry to shipment
The sequence is the same whichever step you stop at.
- You send the enquiry, with the product, the quantity, the market and the destination country.
- Xinmeida Oral Care quotes.
- A sample is made and you approve it; for branded packaging a printed proof is approved as well.
- A proforma invoice confirms the order.
- Production follows the approved sample.
- The goods are packed and labelled exactly as the quotation names.
- The shipment leaves with the documents named on your quotation.
Which documents travel with the goods is arranged with the order and named on the quotation.
The company that invoices you, the currencies it accepts and how payment runs are set out in the buyer FAQ.
Notes
Gels. Tell the desk the intended market so the relevant formulation and document questions can be checked. The market alone does not determine or confirm the gel formulation or percentage.
Wording requests. Share the exact marketplace or regulatory wording request with the desk before printing, so Xinmeida can confirm what is available for the quoted reference and what remains your or your adviser's responsibility. Final market-specific claims and acceptance remain yours to confirm.
Materials. Confirm the material and construction of the reference you select on your quotation.
